A few history tidbits about Cordova Road.

I was at the Seguin Chamber of Commerce monthly luncheon on Wednesday.  A gentleman asked me about the history of our road we are located on (Cordova Road).  I truthfully had never thought about it and decided to look it up today.  A quick google search lead me to the Texas State Historical Association website.  Check out the article here.  Enjoy!

We have several community and public events coming up out at the Big Red Barn:

Saturday – October 28 10 am – 4 pm  Pecan Fest / $5 entry, turkey and dressing meal $10 / $3 children 3-18.

Friday – December 8 4 pm – 8 pm Country Christmas!

Saturday – December 9 9 am – Country Christmas 5K Dash at Starcke Park

Saturday – December 9 4 pm – 8 pm Country Christmas!

Saturday – January 28 – Bridal & Quince Expo ’18

Pecan Museum of Texas Open on Tuesday’s!

The Pecan Museum of Texas will be open to the public on Tuesday’s, 5pm to 7pm.  Come out and bring your friends and family to tour the museum and get the iconic picture in front of the World’s Largest Pecan! Admission is by donation.
